Library

About UsLibrary Gallery
Government General Degree College, Mangalkote, started its journey in 2015 in an environment-friendly location, surrounded by a big dighi and vast paddy fields. The college library was set up in the academic session 2015-16 with 378 books. The library has gradually increased its need-based collections and is now fully functioning with 3076 books. It is conspicuously located on the left side of the main entrance of the college, in the ground floor of the college building. It has an area of around 1200 sq. ft. The area is under CC TV surveillance and is fully air-conditioned.

The library is the learning resource centre and knowledge hub of the college. It provides teaching-learning materials to the students and teachers. Students get their library membership ID card after completing their registration. Providing the right document to the right user at the right time is the main objective.
