- Self attested Photocopy of Admission Challan
- Self attested Photocopy of MP Admit Card
- Self attested Photocopy of MP & HS Mark sheets
- Self attested Photocopy of Caste Certificate (If applicable)
- Self attested Photocopy of BPL Certificate (If applicable)
